Worklane operates the underlying telephony infrastructure, holds the A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration on our behalf, and processes phone numbers and message content as a data processor for Rutan. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Retention

We keep records for as long as needed to operate our service and meet legal obligations.
